Something is wrong in your header.php
Parts of your page title display outside the <title> tag

The problem is that the Genesis framework includes the <title> </title> tags in the wp_title filter. The folder names are appended to the title, but in this case outside the title element.
A fix for this awkward genesis behavior will be in lazyest-gallery version 1.1.9.
