We’re still having the same problem as the author of this thread and I’m running the latest version (2.7.5).

Our widget looks like this if we don’t define a width in settings panel: https://postimg.org/image/idczc62jt/

If we do define a width (600px) it stops being responsive. So it looks like this on mobile: https://i.imgur.com/HANbUJR.jpg

Version 2.7 works just fine.

Can I get your website url and the phone model used for testing ? Have you cleared the cache before ?
