Maybe you should contact the developers on their forum or per e-mail first before making bold claims.

Every other member finds and uses the developer’s mail and forum, yet you seem to have a different agenda based on the various mails you are spreading.

I have not said anything bad. I am simply asking for help. If it is something on my server that I need to change. I am simply asking for help.

I have tried to respond on the lane66.com forum. It continually times out. I have tried to upload my php status page as a txt file, their site says it is too big a file.
I have even offered them access to my server.
I am a not enough techie person who is asking for help.
Any claims or BOLD claims on this thread have been by people who have responded as to what i should do.
I hope. Someone from lane 66.com actually decides to help me, since i believe in their product and actually would like to refer many of our clients to them also.

BTW. I had the site with the plugin causing the damage until yesterday.
I took it down when other people on this forum have told be that the way the plugin was developed, (Perhaps with no malicious intention could open me to sql attacks. I do not know if this is true or not, I just wanted to be safe. I can put the error with the plugin up again, all I ask for is help.
    Again
    Jen
