    Hi.

I already reported this once, but will make another try as you didn’t answer my first message.
I bought the Plugin WooCommerce Discount Rules PRO, which I am very happy with, except for one thing. If I use Swedish letters ??? in label/names/description your plugin just shows a bunch of random letters in the frontend. The solution I have for this right know is to use this html-entities in labels/descriptions and so on:
    ? = å
    ? = ä
    ? = ö
Never had this problem with other plugins, so this should be fixable.

Yeah, I wrote here as a last resort as I didn’t get any answers on that channel. But Ramesh have now contacted me directly through email, so we are working things out.

And a tip, please read the whole text before answering:

Now it seems to have been a fault in the plugin authors communication system, as they tried replying but didn’t reach me. They use intercom.com and Ramesh told me that the error what with them.

Thank you for reaching out Mikael.
As we have discussed in the email, we are looking to release an update with the fix this week.

As soon as we sorted out the special characters, i will notify you here and also via email.

And yes, Intercom is still have a bit of deliver-ability issues for certain email providers including MSN (all Microsoft flavoured email services), while most of the Gmail, Yahoo, AOL are working fine.

    Thanks
    Ramesh

Thank you Mikael. Really appreciate the support.

As we discussed via email, I have just sent you the updated package with the fix for the special characters display.
Now you can directly enter the special characters in the title and description and they would show correctly in the storefront display.

Please do check and let me know.

    Thanks
    Ramesh
