[Plugin: kk Star Ratings] Sufficient permissions problem

I just upgraded to the last version 2.0 and when trying to access the setting I get this error:
“you do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”Tried to reinstall the plugin without any luch. Still same problem.
Please look in to this..
