[Plugin: kk Star Ratings] Are the Ratings Data of the Blog Backup-able?

I am wondering are the ratings data of each posts on the blog can be backed-up? Does doing the export tool from dashboard in xml format includes the ratings data? If it does not, i think it would be good to create such capability
