[Plugin: Kimili Flash Embed] How to get this working on iOS devices

Hello I’m using this plugin to embed my slideshows in WordPress, but unlike when I put them on my website, the do not work on iOS devices. On a normal website they get rendered in html5 when viewed on iOS devices. How can this plugin be set up to do the same?
