    We activated this plugin on my clients website and almost weekly it deactivates and then users aren’t able to check out. This is very frustrating and we cant figure out why this is happening. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a solution to this?

    Hi @weronikabobka, thank you for getting in touch.

    I can imagine that this can be very frustrating. We didn’t receive any similar support requests.

    To investigate the issue please perform following actions:
    1. Check your error log if there are any errors that result in deactivating the plugin.
    2. Deactivate all other plugins and switch to Storefront theme and see if the issue persists. It’s best to do this in the staging site without interfering with production site.
