Do you not think that asking if the problem had been resolved might be more customer friendly than just closing it?

    Hey,

I apologize if you misunderstood my message in any way.
As I mentioned in my original message I am more than happy to open an investigation for you. The only reason we closed the issue is because we suspected you may have moved on, due to the lack of response.

Before we can continue our investigation, we will need a little more information from you. The best way to receive this information and help us debug the problem is if you send us a query using the “Feedback” link on our website. The button is located near the “Manage Sites” button on the front page of the app.

In your message, please take time to put as much information about your issue and server environment as possible. We will also need the name of the website where the issue is occurring.

Once we have this information I will be able to assist you further.

    Kind Regards,

    Jeramy Simpson

Why do you accuse me of a lack of response when I posted the issue over 3 months ago and there has been nothing from you?

If you has responded asking for information to be submitted via your website I would have responded.

He didn’t accuse you, he just said “due to the lack of response” of which he just previously apologized for. I’m just glad someone has picked this project back up. This is the new crew, don’t scare em away already geez!

Thank you Philip, that was exactly what I was trying to say.
I should have said “due to the lack of our response”.

I hope this clears up any confusion.
