    This is a known issue. If you don’t have ZipArchive installed on your server WordPress falls back to PCLZIP which doesn’t like nested .zip files. The error occurs because we include the JW Player zip skins as part of the plugin.

    The workaround at the moment is to FTP the unzipped plugin directory to your server.
