[Plugin: JW Player for WordPress – Flash & HTML5 Video Player] .mp4 file format is not playing

i test the .mp4 video format file it plays with Firefox and opera using the flash player but chrome and IE is does not play. it try to play the video using the native player and the control bar also mis-aligned in the both browser. I give you the testing link.
