[Plugin: JustHumans Contact Form] there is an extraneous "> causing problems

After I pasted in the JustHuman javascript, the closing bracket and a ” appeared outside the of the source box somehow; when you preview the form in a page after pasting in the short code, that same “> appears below the form fields and so the JustHuman pictures do not come up.
