Aslo the “Category” tab is always empty.

    @cristiandvd,

I am not sure why this happened. Can you connect to FTP and remove the plugin directly and then add a new copy (download the plugin again and unzip the archive). Copy the folder on wp-plugin and after that try to activate the plugin.

Also, please enable DEBUGGING mode (WP_DEBUG set to true in wp-config.php) and let me know if you see any errors.

Please give me the URL of your website as well after you activate the plugin, so I can check it. If you’d rather keep it private, you can contact me at florentina[at]appticles[dot]com

If you have been working on customizing the plugin by modifying the files, either there is an error that you can’t see because the debug mode is disabled (hence an empty page or 404 page when you access the website from the browser) or the .php files that you edited were not saved properly on the server via FTP (hence the empty file). The only way you can end up with an empty .php file is an incorrect upload or save via FTP, but if that’s the case – you wouldn’t see the “Category” tab. So, which one is it?

    Thanks for prompt answer.

I will enable the debugging mode
Is not a matter to keep private, maybe someone else need this. I will describe again what happened.
    for both @alexandra and @florentina.
The plugin was instaled from WP admin, and it worked well. A little glitchy, but ok.
Like i said before, after a while (about 2 hours from initial instalation), the plugin just stopped working. Beside that, it has disappeared from the plugin menu (WP), but still present in server. ok. Deleted the files from server and uploaded again, this time manually (FTP). Plugin worked well for a short period, but when i started the customization, again, i ended up in the same situation. Disappeared from the plugin menu.
About the category matter, don’t know if is related or not with the other issue, but is empty. (tested with another plugin and category tab worked just fine). Every time when the plugin dissapeared from menu, the php file was empty.
Well, i don’t have a degree in php :), but i’m pretty shure i can manage a few settings on wp admin and i followed the instruction from the plugin page.
i’m sure this is an on going developpement and the most important, i know that is free. So i cannot be upset ??

    Ok, that sounds weird ??

It’s clear that it disappears from the menu because the wordpress-mobile-pack.php file is empty. Sounds like something is wrong with the file system, can you please double check if you have enough space on disk?

Btw, you have the right to be upset if something is not working properly. And files should not disappear even if it is free ??

    Hi Cristian,

Were you able to enable debugging or figure out why the .php file is emptied?

    Hi Anand,

add_filter() is a method from WordPress, so it should exist. Can you please tell me what WordPress and what WP Mobile Pack versions are you using?

Yes, but I don’t know exactly now, it was another site… I found the author, but he sent me this link and he said that I should write in here. I will send you the new one (text) if I will get it. Ty
