[Plugin: JSON API] How to start?

    Hello,
    I would like to use this plugin on my website, all I want is to load only the content (and not the header and sidebar) when I click through different pages. https://www.dennisworship.com
    I dont understand how to use this plugin, I guess I should “set the json query var to a non-empty value on any WordPress page” – but I have no idea what does this mean.
    Could you give me a brief description on how to do this please?
