Plugin JS event is attached to the link outside TOC

    Hi,

    There is a problem that JS event for smooth scroll & offset, which located in front.min.js is automatically attached to my custom anchor links # outside the TOC.

    The page with the links does not even have a TOC shortcode on it, however the plugin is still causes the problem. Only the plugin’s disabling helps to prevent it.

    Is there a way to fix it?
