[Plugin: JQuery Mega Menu Widget] J Query Mega Menu

So I just updated from WordPress 3.3 and now I am on 3.4.1. On the previous version I was able to have a global settings control panel for mega menu — but now this doesn’t exist or show up in 3.4.1. I was also able, if I recall correctly, to have settings in the menu panel under appearance related to mega menu. These do not show or exist anymore. The only place that mega menu shows up now is in the widgets. Is this correct? Is this how the plugin is supposed to function in 3.4.1 or is something else going on like another plugin interfering.
