[Plugin: JQUERY HORIZONTAL SLIDER] Stays at top of page no matter where its placed

This is a VERY cool easy to use jquery slider, I absolutely love it. I am placing the shortcode in my page where I want the slider to go, and when I run my page in my browser, it always comes up at the top above the page header above all the text. I want the page header to be above the slider, then the slider, then a paragraph, but the slider just goes above all the other content on the page. Anyone come across or have any advice for me?
