    Rule 4 of the restrictions for a WordPress hosted plugin states:
    The plugin must not embed external links on the public site (like a “powered by” link) without explicitly asking the user’s permission.

    Now, this (very good) plugin puts an external link on the Meta Widget without asking the user’s permission. Please fix it on the next release, thanks!
