yeah, I already know about the API change in jQuery 1.6 and fixed the JavaScript.
There already where a few posts here about that, see here for instance:

I’ll release the new plugin version within the next few weeks.

I read that WP 3.2 will be released in the next few days so I’ll release a compatible Colorbox version today or tomorrow.
