[Plugin: jQuery Colorbox] Disable on mobile devices

Hi, is there a simple way to have this disabled on mobile devices? In not could you possibly add that into the plugin? I know a few other lightbox clones have a feature to disable them for mobile devices.

I also have a second question, can you make a theme that will handle small 100×100 images as well as larger images? Or somehow make it so I can tell it to be a certain size on small images and wrap around larger images? I have some small images that link for various reasons on a lot of older posts, and it looks pretty bad when you actually click them on Colorbox, as it smashes the buttons together and the text. I have worked around this by defining that it always be 95% of the screen, but it still feels silly that way.
