Plugin Jotform

I’ve been trying for 4 hours now to get a jotform to embed. All I can see is code. The form does not appear. I’ve followed all the instructions that both WordPress and Jotform provide with no results other than the code showing. I’ve not had this problem before.
Even clicking on the Jotform icon, there is no link to the Jotform website as there should be to retrieve my form.
