    Hi,
    First, I love your plugin…

I wonder if you could help me:
Is it possible for visitors of my site to filter on functions, location, start date etc. next to the categories?
If so, how can I accomplish that?

And is it possible to pre-assign the several locations and functions to Job Manager, so that I have dropdown lists for these fields to pick from?

    Thank you in advance!!
    Regards
    Chantal

  • It currently isn’t possible for visitors to search through jobs, I’m planning on adding that in version 0.9:

Do you want to add the dropdowns to the Application form on the frontend, or to the Add Job form in wp-admin? The latter is currently not possible, but the former can be done by adding a field with the “Select Dropdown” type, and adding each option on a new line in the “Data” input box for that field.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your quick response.
Do you have any idea when you will be releasing 0.9?

The dropdowns are meant for the wp-admin, Add Job form. Is there a tweak to accomplish that?

    Thank you in advance.
    Regards,
    Chantal

0.9 is tentatively scheduled for late August, though may be pushed back a bit.

I understand what you’re after – I’ll add this in 0.8, due in July.

    Great!! Thanks!!

for the time being you can let users register/subscribe to your site and use the plugin called Adminimize , and give the subscribers access to the filtration options only

Thanks, I will take a look at it!

Hi may i know how to add few values into a drop down list in job manager plugin? example for gender (male/female)?? Please help.

Hi i’m sorry… It was too easy.. just giving all the values one by one is enough.
