• First of all, I think this plugin is great. It does what I need it to do, and I’m sure there’s a way around what I’m trying to accomplish right now.

I’ve got my slider set up, and when I add the thumbnails, they all populate right on top of the slider itself. Also, every thumbnail in my gallery is displayed. What I’m hoping to do is to have the thumbnails load right under the slider, and only display 5-8 (however many will fit) at a time. Is there a way to set the thumbnails to only display one row (the width of the slider) and scroll to the next set of viewable thumbnails when you’ve reached the last one?

I’d love to use this plugin, but I definitely need something like this available if I’m going to be able to implement it.

This is the code I’m using right now:

    [jj-ngg-jquery-slider id=1 width="960" height="340" controlnavthumbs="nextgen_thumbs" thumbswidth="120" thumbsheight="80" thumbscontainerheight="20" effect="fade"]

    Thanks!

  • I’m kind of disappointed nobody has addressed this yet–it was posted 7 months ago! I have my shortcode set up in a very similar way, and it would be perfect to be able to auto scroll to bring the next thumbnail or set of thumbnails into view. Any solution or suggestion for this would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Jenny

Hi An update for this post!!!

Instead of using the jquery slider use the “nextgen GalleryView” Plugin

You can see this one in action at boat sales Perth for now until I move it to another page.

    Cheers

    Pops
