[Plugin Jetpack Subscriptions] confirmation emails not sent

  • I use the Jetpack subscription plug in and until recently, it has been working. My last subscriber was three and a half weeks ago. Today I got an email from a reader who tried to subscribe. He got the email, clicked the link and got this message: “Your subscription could not be activated, it may have expired.”

    Since then I have tried to subscribe using different emails and I do not get a confirmation email.

    I use the graphene theme and no plug-ins have been added in the last month. Current subscribers are getting email alerts correctly. All plugins and the theme are the latest versions.
