[Plugin: Jetpack] Stats not showing accurate after change to www domain

Hello,

I recently changed our site from https://317homes.net to https://www.317homes.net

Since this change, the Jetpack dashboard stats are giving very low numbers (2-5 visits/day). Through Google analytics and daily website leads, I’m sure these numbers aren’t correct.
I’ve tried deactivating the plugin and reactivating, then reconnecting to wordpress, but no luck.
Wordpress version is 3.3.1, Jetpack version is 1.2.2
I also recently switched from W3TC to Super Cache, if it matters at all.

Any help would be much appreciated.
