    Yesterday, I enhanced my JetPack Support Subscription.

    In speaking with your online AI chat, it was suggested I contact you review my plugin compatibility and generally optimize my performance..

    This would include but not be limited to:  help optimizing Jetpack Boost and Imagify settings, RankMath, WP-Optimize, AMP,

    Could you kindly review theme and make any recommended changes?

    I am in the Eastern Time Zone.

    I have just been referred here by the JetPack A.I. online chat support.

    I have been asked to tell you that I am experiencing issues with cron events that affect JetPack funcionality

    I understand that some of these technical aspects can be complex. You’re right – this would be a good case for a Happiness Engineer to investigate.

    I am experiencing late scheduled events; have installed WP Chron Control.

    Twenty events are showing potential problems.

    I need assistance in investigating my cron setup.

    I recently upgraded my JetPack Subscription.

    As you may or may not know JetPack is affiliated with WordPress and my Premium WordPress Subscription.

    In speaking online with JetPack Support, it is JetPack Support who explicitly suggested I come here for assistance with the optimization of my site.

    It is unfortunate upon simply following their advice that I have been dismissed my my inquiry closed without discussion.

    I am only a subscriber but it may be advisable for WordPress, JetPack, and www.remarpro.com to coordinate their roles in dealing with subscribers who are in good faith simply seeking help.

    I will be cancelling my upgraded membership with JetPack and use more caution in asking for assistance here.

    You are profoundly blessed to possess an advance knowledge on all things WordPress.

    But for us Senior Citizens who grew up in an age absent the internet and possess an infinitely lower threshold of knowledge than yourself it is quite hurtful to simply be dismissed out of hand.

    After all, what harm would be done in allowing viewers of my inquiry to offer their guidance?

    I forgot to mention that you are correct that I am a Premium Member of WordPress and that they do offer “Support.”

    But this “Support” regarding the Optimization is quite limited.

    You see WordPress Support always falls back upon their assertion that they will comment on so-called “Third Party Plugins” which are often instrumental in diminished performance on WordPress sites.

    This is yet another reason for seeking support at this forum which I was originally advised to contact by JetPack Support.

    But, alas, apparently the JetPack suggestion has proved to be quite vacuous.

    My intention wasn’t to dismiss your request. Instead, I was trying to help you get a faster resolution.

    By going through the priority support included in your WordPress.com plan, you will get faster assistance than you would via the forums. The WordPress.com will handle your initial request and then, if necessary, pass it along to our Jetpack team where we will provide priority support via email.

    I did look at your ticket history, and it appears there may a discrepancy in how our AI bot responded to your inquiries vs what support we can provide. I am flagging this with our AI team so that we can make improvements.
