[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Subscription text field misaligned

I’m currently adjusting the Jetpack subscription form to match the look of a site I’m developing and for some reason, I can’t move the text input field vertically.

The field is a few pixels lower than the rest of the images and I can’t move the images down to match it either. I’m scouring my CSS right now thinking something is interfering but if I change the margin’s on the left and right; it’ll move. I’m running out of ideas. Any suggestions?
