[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Sharing buttons not working!

Hey! Sharing buttons below the posts and pages are not working normally. When I click on pintrest, twiiter, digg, etc it redirects to my own blog.
Facebook and google plus are working fine, though.Pleas check what’s the problem. My blog is: Digital Diaries
