I have updated my network, tried deactivating and re-activating.. and even uninstalling and re-installing.

    I currently have a multi-network setup

I have jetpack currently installed on my main website and working i love it, its fresh. I have it network activated all success. I can even get as far as activating it on another site. When I go to the actual plug-in to connect to wordpress.com I click the box and it redirects me to the wp-signup.php page? I have not a clue why but thats what it does.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Likely you have BuddyPress installed and active. There’s a conflict between the two that causes this. Temporarily turn off BuddyPress, activate Jetpack, then re-activate BuddyPress.
