[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Keep comment form open

My theme will not auto adjust to the height of the comment form for some reason as it does on my other themes, it looks bad when it’s closed because of the huge space under it, but fits perfectly when it’s open (after clicking it).

Is there anyway to keep it open so all the comment fields are displayed by default?
