    JetPack Support: an update would be nice.

    Using jetpack 1.8.2, and no emails are being sent either … 159 subscribers left out …

    yeah a reply from Jetpack would be nice… Email not going out to subscribers is crucial. How can JP leave us all hanging like this??

    Same problem as others. No email send outs. ver 1.82

    Is this an official support page for Jetpack? Why does nobody give us any feedback? Please have a look on it! ..or tell us what we’re doing wrong.

    Please Jetpack crew give us some feedback on this issue. Our users ask and ask. We have a blog server with 300 blogs and almost all of them have jetpack enabled. So little feedback so we have something to answer them, please ….

    The issues with subscriptions should be fixed in the next release of Jetpack. Thank you all for your reports on this issue.

    Thank you for the reply albeit late. When will be this new release you talk about come out? We have all been dealing with this with little or no support. A target date will be nice.

    I can see this issue is labeled as “resolved” but clearly for me, it’s not working and reading the other comments on this topic, I have the feeling it isn’t. Anyone from Jetpack could tell us when it will be solved. I’m loosing some of my readers ??

    yes, I think this is for some sites an existential function and not a small bug. This doesn’t throw a good light on jetpack and wordpress.

    Problems don’t worry me – most tech stuff is a work in progress.But I really don’t like the silence on behalf of the Jetpack people.

    I’m seriously wondering whether to uninstall Jetpack completely.

    @jane: We are doing the best we can. There are multiple channels to seek us out: there’s a link at https://jetpack.me/support (labeled Contact Support) that will get you directly to our support team, and there are forums both here and at WordPress.com. Typically, if you have an issue that needs immediate attention, use the link on jetpack.me as there are only a few of the developers and support staff that monitor the www.remarpro.com forums here and, if we have busy weeks with some of our other products, things can get overlooked (not on purpose, just as a matter of how much time is available).
