The easy fix would have been just to FTP in to your server and just remove it from the plugins dir ??

64Mb for any WordPress setup is way to low

Ps you could have also added these to wp-config.php some time they work

define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’);

i tried it before but that dsnt work
so what is did is i deletd all the files from the server and restored my wordpress site from earlier backup

define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');
