[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Facebook og:description is breaking my website

After a few hours of hacking this morning I found a fix. The explanation is a bit long, check out: How to fix Jetpack’s broken og:description.

I’ve also hacked the code to achieve this, more or less the same way you did. That’s not a solution because of updates.

My intention when creating this post was for the Jetpack developers to fix the issue permanently.
