[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] Does Jetpack Cause Overloading?

Hi,
Do you guys have problems with optimizing for speed?
Recently, my webhost has suspended my account on and off citing that the blog i am hosting is taking up too much bandwidth.I have jetpack installed. Is this a reason for the overloading?
