  • Have you had a look at the support page –

    It looks like there’s a setting that needs to be activated.

    Yes, I did check that page but there have no necessary information.

    That page only guide how to:
    – Enable Subscriptions when user leave comment.
    – Add Subscriptions sidebar widget.

    That is something our engineers have custom-crafted for our news blog. We are looking into making the Subscriptions widget (currently in Jetpack) also available as a shortcode, though I do not have an ETA on when that may happen.
