[Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress] Connect Pop-Up to Jetpack Subscription Widget

I love the Jetpack Subscription Widget on my sidebar because my subscribers are notified whenever there is a new post and I do not have to manage any sort of database connection with WordPress.

I am looking for a pop-up plugin that can be linked with that Jetpack subscription function. Ideally, when someone enters their info into the pop-up email capture, it will be the same as if they had entered it into the Jetpack widget on the sidebar.
