[Plugin: Issuu PDF Sync] responsive layout

The Issuu.com service works with Flash so I don’t think it will be possible.

It look likes this is possible, see for more information:

We have opened an issue on GitHub:

We will try to build in support for this in a few weeks. Some of our clients also needs support for responsive layout.
