Plugin Issues Impacting Google Ads Conversions

Hello.

I installed your plugin on the dentalharmony.ro website. Those managing the Google Ads account for the site have deactivated the plugin and sent me the following message:

“For some time now, we have noticed a decrease in the number of conversions, unrelated to issues or settings in the Google Ads account. We have decided to change the site tracking to see what is happening, and after many tests and attempts, we observed that there is a plugin (Seraphinite Accelerator) installed on the site that randomly blocks traffic. Additionally, this plugin also sends requests to https://www.s-sols.com (those who created the plugin).”

At this moment, I don’t know if those managing the account are right or not, and I would also like to hear your perspective.
