    Hi,

I’m encountering a few issues with the latest plugin version:

    1. The credit card fields on the checkout page are too small, similar to the problem described in this thread. Since this issue appears across multiple themes, it would be beneficial to implement a broader fix to accommodate various software environments. I’d prefer not to resort to adding CSS snippets to resolve the issue if possible.
    2. The PayPal Package Tracking feature is no longer functioning. Please refer to this screenshot for clarification.
    3. The error messages generated on the checkout page lack helpful information. Although this problem was previously addressed promptly, it seems to have resurfaced. For more details, please see this thread.

    Thank you.

    Hello @gs1623

Thanks for reaching out to us, we’re here to help.

The credit card fields on the checkout page are too small, similar to the problem described in this?thread. Since this issue appears across multiple themes, it would be beneficial to implement a broader fix to accommodate various software environments. I’d prefer not to resort to adding CSS snippets to resolve the issue if possible.

Yes, we’ve already created an issue to add a minimum height to the new Card Fields, and I’ve added your thread to this report. I’ll inform you once the changes are implemented.

The PayPal Package Tracking feature is no longer functioning. Please refer to this?screenshot?for clarification.

We don’t have any reports on this matter. Could you share the steps to reproduce it? A system report would also be helpful. You can obtain this by going to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site, clicking on the Get system report button, and then copying it with the Copy for support button. Please provide those log entries on our PrivateBin. After uploading, send us the link, so we can review them in detail.

The error messages generated on the checkout page lack helpful information. Although this problem was previously addressed promptly, it seems to have resurfaced. For more details, please see this?thread.

Are you referring to the error message mentioned in point 2 or a different one? Keep in mind that some errors (like this one from point 2) are direct output from PayPal, and we can’t influence those.

    Looking for your response.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian

    Thanks for your response, Krystian.

    1) That’s great, thank you. Please keep me posted about the card field issue.

    2) In terms of the package tracking issue, all I have done is tried adding a tracking number as normal, selecting the appropriate courier (which was Amazon in this case), pasted in the tracking number, then clicked on the add button, and the error in the screenshot appeared.

I thought it might be a one-off thing, so I tried adding the tracking information to several orders, but the issue persists. Nothing has changed in my setup, and the feature was working beautifully until now. I have submitted the system report. See this link

    3) Just to clarify, the error output I’m referring to is when the credit card fields are not filled out, and you click “place order.” I feel this could be more helpful by prompting the customer to fill out the card fields. You’ve improved this in the past, so if you could take another look, that would be much appreciated.

Let me know if you need anything else.

Could you please enable Logging in the Connection Tab of the plugin settings? Then, try to replicate the error by adding tracking in the same manner as before.

After that, navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Here, select the most recent “woocommerce-paypal-payments” log file that corresponds with the date. Could you upload these log entries to our secure platform, PrivateBin? Once uploaded, share the link with us for a detailed review.

    Hello?@gs1623

We didn’t find any errors on our end as AMAZON?should be a?valid carrier for for UK merchants. We have sent the data to PayPal for analysis. I’m waiting for their response.

    Kind regards,

    Hello?@gs1623

I’ll paste the response we received from PayPal regarding this issue.

To follow up, sorry: Atif indicated there is a bug with this and their team is working on it

So, I’m assuming this will be fixed, but keep in mind the issue is on PayPal’s side, making it hard for me to provide an exact timeframe for a solution, though it should be resolved soon.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian

    Thank you for the update.

That’s fine. I’m glad we established the root cause of the tracking feature issue. I will wait for PayPal to fix the issue. If I have any more questions, I will contact them directly.

When are you going to fix the credit card field issue?

    Hii @inpsydekrystian,

Thanks for your assistance so far.

I can confirm that the package tracking feature is now working again, and tracking information is successfully being added to the relevant transaction in PayPal. It appears that PayPal has resolved the issue on their end.
