Plugin issue with Simmer

Hi, I installed your plugin yesterday (Ultimate Social Media PLUS) and it’s great, thanks!

I configured the buttons to show up at the end of every blog post and it’s working nicely.

However, I noticed an issue with a recipe plugin on my site called Simmer. If you scroll down to the recipe card portion here: https://olivesfordinner.com/2016/05/bang-bang-cauliflower.html, and look right under the recipe title, you’ll see that it’s inserting a link like “https://olivesfordinner.com/?post_type=recipe&p=2624Follow”

The link isn’t live; however, if you copy/paste it, it’s points to the card, with the follow buttons over the title, which I obviously don’t want. I think I understand what’s going on, just not sure how to fix it. I tried moving the follow buttons to the top of the post, but the issue is still there. Any recommendations on how to fix?
