When you installed WooCommerce are you saying that was the only plugin you had installed at the time? If so, can you please try to switch to the TwentyTwenty theme and re-try?

Also, what version of WordPress are you currently running? Is it up to date?

    Yes, I tried every thing.
All up to date, and I did try all the themes even twentytwenty.
    Still can’t install.

    Hi there,

Please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your reply.

We can’t even install WooCommerce, have you really read and understand my issue here?
When I download, it show warning, which means I can’t install.

    Hi @goldsourcetech ,

That message shouldn’t come from WooCommerce if you’re installing the latest version and are on the minimum supported PHP version to use WooCommerce (7.0). What PHP version does your site have and what version of WooCommerce are you installing?

It also appears to be a warning and not an error that will stop processing. If it’s preventing installation and activation of WooCommerce, could you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing when it stops?

If you’re still seeing that error with the current WooCommerce version and can’t activate it, there may be another plugin that’s creating that message that happens to run when you try to install WooCommerce. Are there any other plugins active? If so, does deactivating them help?
