    What is exactly your issue? You could not activate it or it is not visible from admin panel? Check your Jigoshop version on live and localhost, maybe they are different also. It could be also a php version on localhost and live.
    If a php version on live is 5.5 – 5.6, then there are some depricated functions which probably you are using. Turn on WP_DEBUG and see what kind of errors do you get during the plugin activation.
