    Hi,

    I’m sorry that you got into this matter. It should be something wrong with your plugin configuration. Here are the things that you should try at this stage.

    1. Navigate to IgniteUp > Options page.
    2. Tick Enable Coming Soon or Site Offline checkbox.
    3. Un-tick any of Administrators or Editors checkboxes under Skip Page For option.
    4. Finally save the settings by clicking on Save changes button.

    Follow the above 4 steps clearly and check, it should be working. If you still have the issue after these, please email us via support[at]ceylonsystems[dot]com so that we can assist you further with the matter.

    I just emailed you guys but I’m about to re install it. I remember the internet went little after it finished but that may have done something to it, not sure. I’ll check back.

    Nope, still doesn’t work after that. I’ve tested it in multiple browsers and all don’t go to the plugin page.
