Plugin isn’t working

    Hello,

    I have WP 5.4 and WooCommerce 4.0.1.

    I tested it with two themes: Shopkeeper (which I am using in the online official ecommerce) and Storefront (just to test another more standard theme).

    The problem I am facing is that the options in the admin settings can’t be saved. If I try and change any option, my new settings are ignored and the systems takes the defaults again.

    Anyone else faced this? May the developers help?

    Hello @maxdestefano

    For anyone with the same problem, plugin settings sometimes are not saved because of plugins conflicts, cache plugins to mention an example.

    In this case, is good to debug your website deactivating plugins one by one looking for any incompatibility

    Hope this might be helpful for anyone who is been facing a problem like this.
