Plugin isn′t displayed in store

Hi,
Install the free version in my store but when I set up the fields that you request and do a test, it does not show me any field in my store.
The data with which the fields were filled were the Credentials for Testing of FEDEX.

In order to check for the exact issue, we will be needing the complete FedEx Request and Response.
