Plugin is using wrong whatsapp url

Hello!
Your plugin is using the old api and in the computer (at least windows) it’s not redirecting to whatsapp app which is installed but to web.whatsapp.com which is annoying since I’m not logged in there.

you need to update it to use wa.me/xxxxxx format, it’s far simpler and works everywhere…
