plugin is using links from my old blog on my new domain

i was looking at a parent page today to see what this plugin links to and realized it is linking to old links that no longer exist!
i recently moved to a new host, i used to be hosted as a subdomain, i am now on a domain. the plugin is linking to child pages using the old subdomain links which are now dead! i could find absolutely no information on how to fix this.
