    Hi @khaledalkhamesi:

We already support Arabic, just not by default. You will need a separate extension that will give you the ability to create a right-to-left layout and supports an Arabic font, which you can download here: woocommerce-pdf-ips-mpdf.2.5.0.zip

You just need to install it as a regular plugin and activate it. Finally, if you need to activate the RTL layout, select the Simple RTL template in WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > General > Choose a template.

    Thanks for your quick response

The link to the add-on that you sent does not work correctly. I installed it, and when the file is created, the download file appears, but the file is not downloaded. The file remains in waiting mode only.

When I removed it, it downloaded the file normally, but the texts were invalid

Version 2.5.0 does not work either. I tried version 2.2.0 and it works fine

I hope that the Arabic language will be officially supported in the add-on without the need for other add-ons. I hope for that in the next release.

Could you check the WooCommerce logs to see if there are errors with the?wpo-wcpdf?or?fatal-errors?prefix? If so, please share the logs with us You’ll find the logs under?WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

This will be very useful to try to understand why the latest version is not working for you.

The reason why Arabic is not supported by default is that we use dompdf as PDF engine, which does not support right-to-left scripts. That is why we created this extension which switches the PDF engine to mPDF in order to provide support to RTL.
