Plugin is not working / Quantity not updating at checkout

  • Hi, we installed the plugin, but it seems not chanching the quantity of the products, not recalculating the totals of the order. We use the latest versions of Woo, WordPress, the plugin. The theme builder for the website i Divi – latest version. Your help will be really appriciated <3

    Thank you for sharing the website url.

    I have checked your site and noticed that you have deactivated the plugin, as I can not see the quantity field on the checkout page.

    Kindly confirm.

    Hi, yes i have deactivated it due to the fact this is a live website and we are running ads. Do you want to share an admin access you can look around?

    yes, I’m not asking any kind of access, staging url to check and replicate the issue.
