Plugin is not working properly

  • Hi,

    I want to show the form (Forminator) submission data on the front end. When I tried to create the table, I couldn’t select the form fields as it shows only 3 fields in the dropdown menu. I struggled to select even the form. Because it showed me only one form in the dropdown list (Please see the screenshots).

    we can see what you mean, thank you for the screenshots.
    We can try to reproduce this issue on our Test site, but we need your help with more details.
    Could you perhaps record your screen via Loom/ScreenCast, to show us how you create the Form, which Field Types do you use, and if you can show us how the submissions/entries look in the Form?

    I can see the page where you placed the Form, though – but it is asking for a logged user, seems that we can’t see much as non logged users.

    What we can do is, we can help you further with this from our main support system, that will be the most effective way.

    Hello again.
    Our apologies for the waiting time.
    Thank you for sending us the Form export.
    We are able to make a Form from it,
    but for us it loaded without any submissions.
    –
    Then we added one initial submission , in order for our plugin to be able to create a table,
    and that works – we can see all the columns, and our submission comes up on the table.

    Let me know, did your original Form have any submissions – or was it an empty Form without submissions?
    If that is the case – you have to make at least one submission so that our plugin can “pick up/read” the Form in order to generate a table from it.
